We are made up of four academic units: the School of Education, dedicated to the preparation of outstanding teachers; the School of Humanities, studying the nuance and significance of history, languages, and communication; the School of Sciences, searching for solutions to problems in the natural world; and the School of Visual and Performing Arts, where vibrant performances and artwork challenge and inspire us.Ìý

²¤ÂÜÊÓƵapp Percussion Ensemble and Bayou Steel present upcoming concerts

Description²¤ÂÜÊÓƵapp School of Visual & Performing Arts premier percussion ensembles, Bayou Steel and ²¤ÂÜÊÓƵapp Percussion Ensemble (²¤ÂÜÊÓƵappPE), are thrilled to announce their highly anticipated Spring semester concerts. These captivating events promise to bring evenings of incredible talent, infectious energy, and exciting arrangements of tunes audience members may know and love.

²¤ÂÜÊÓƵapp hosts annual Region III Science and Engineering Fair

²¤ÂÜÊÓƵapp hosted the 71st annual Region III Science and Engineering Fair on February 28, 2025. The fair featured 85 projects from 106 students representing nine schools across the region. First place winners in each division were eligible to compete in the state fair. The event provides students with an opportunity to hone their science skills and connect with peers to share what they are learning.

²¤ÂÜÊÓƵapp School of VAPA presents Little Shop of Horrors, Mar. 27-30

²¤ÂÜÊÓƵapp School of Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA) presents the musical Little Shop of Horrors, March 27-30, at Brown Auditorium, 4001 Desiard St., on the ²¤ÂÜÊÓƵapp campus. Show times for Thursday, March 27, through Saturday, March 29, are 7:00 p.m. The show will close with a 2:00 p.m. matinee on Sunday, March 30. Tickets are $20 for general admission and $15 for ²¤ÂÜÊÓƵapp faculty and staff. ²¤ÂÜÊÓƵapp students get in free with ID. Tickets are available online at https://bit.ly/ulm_little_shop or at the door prior to each performance.
